Our philosophy​

Research has shown that children develop competencies and cultivate their intrinsic motivation best when they are the active drivers of their learning. At KEY academy, we create tailored and emergent play and project based curricula to help children develop higher-order skills and learn from their failures and successes.

Through our unique mix of play, projects, workshops, research, and other activities, we encourage children to take on tasks they are passionate about. This fosters the development of core numeracy and literacy skills, as well as higher-order, 21st-century skills, without them even realising they are learning. This is crucial in our goal of nurturing life-long learners.
